All the scores submitted by composers who wont to to take part of International Competition for Band Composition “Saints” 2016/2017 Edition St. John XXIII will be included in the new CD in honor of St John XXIII, produced by BAM International, that will be recorded in the beginning of 2018.
The CD, realized with the patronage of Pontificio Consiglio di Cultura (distribution on line and in the stores), will be recorded by an Institutional Band (Italian Army, Navy o Guardia di Finanza). It will be presented on June 2018 with a concert in Roma.
The aim of the Competition is to create an original literature due to the figure of St. John XXIII by selecting a series of useful pieces.
International Competion John XXIII
Verranno tutti inseriti nel nuovo CD realizzato in onore di San Giovanni XXIII, prodotto da BAM e in fase di registrazione all’inizio del 2018, le partiture inviate dai compositori che hanno partecipato all’International Competition for Band Composition “Saints” 2016/2017 Edition “St. John XXIII”.
Il CD, realizzato con il patrocinio del Pontificio Consiglio di Cultura con distribuzione in digitale e fisica internazionale, verrà registrato da una Banda istituzionale (Esercito o Marina o Finanza) e verrà poi presentato a giugno 2018 con un concerto a Roma.
Lo scopo del concorso era quello di craere una letteratura originale riconducibile alla figura di San Giovanni XXIII.
