Almost 200 events in five days. That’s the 5° edition of “Trame Sonore” that will be held in Mantova from May 31st to June 4th. The festival is totally dedicated to chamber music and will host more than 400 musicians coming from every part of the world. Ezio Bosso will be the guest star in “Orchestra da Camera di Mantova“; the pianist returns in Mantova after many years. “We didn’t want to create another festival – director Carlo Fabiano says – We want to be a project focused on renovation of chamber music”.
The events of “Trame Sonore” will be held in many different locations in Mantova, a way to dissipate the distance between the musician and the audience. Last year there was an attendance of 50.000 people.

Il festival è totalmente dedicato alla musica da camera ed ospiterà più di 400 musicisti provenienti da ogni parte del mondo. Ezio Bosso sarà l’ospite d’onore nelle fila dell’Orchestra da Camera di Mantova; il pianista torna a Mantova dopo diversi anni. “Non abbiamo voluto creare un altro festival – spiega il direttore Carlo Fabiano – Vogliamo rappresentare un progetto basato sul rinnovamento della musica da camera”.
Gli eventi di Trame Sonore si svolgeranno in molti differenti luoghi della città di Mantova, un modo per cancellare la distanza tra musicista e pubblico. Lo scorso anno il festival fece registrare circa 50.000 presenze.
