After Anechoic Chamber Music (M) released 4 albums in 2020, titled: “Minor Requiem For An Abandoned Future”, “Surrender”, “Hiraeth” and “Perpetual Life Cycle”, begins this 2021 with a new proposal.

A collection of more than 100 unpublished tracks with various original ideas by the Austrian composer “M” that include personal tributes to masterpieces of classical music, such as Satie’s Gymnopédies, Chopin’s Nocturne 2, or Beethoven’s Moonlight sonata, among others, entitled BEST OF Anechoic Chamber Music (Classical & Ambient Music)

Regarding the other material, the author comments “that attention spans are dropping again, pop songs can’t be longer than 3 minutes – otherwise people skip this tracks. Everything has to happen in the first few seconds. So this collection is the opposite of what should be done today”.

All tracks were created between 2004 and 2021 and they are taken from various albums, various stations in his life. Those tracks span 17 years, so he have evolved, grown older with them such a long time, and now they finally see the light thanks to a new collaboration with the Swiss record label BAM Music.

“Like many different genres of electronic music, classical music seems to be quintessence of my work” M said, and complements “It’s not so important what the music means to me. Music becomes valuable when it accompanies other people through their lives – providing comfort, joy and inspiration”.
