“Hopes and regrets” is the second single of the album: “Provisions” by Mattias Phillips, which will be available next December 11th, 2020. This single was created in the spring of 2016, the full CD took to Phillips about 4 months to compose it, record it and mix the material. It was composed at a time when he was going through major life changes. The cover art is a collision of two photos of sea waves. It illustrates well the stylistic dualism of the musical material, while maintaining consistency in the approach to form and content.
